You’ve done the work.. now let’s make it count.

What People Are Saying

  • Adelfa's approach is kind and gracious, but don't let that fool you. In the few months we've worked together, I bought my first car and set up a new apartment. Real, tangible things shifted. Her impact is invaluable."

    — Cassie

  • Adelfa will challenge parts of your thinking you never even realized needed healing. That's the thing about working with her cause she sees what you can't. I came in one person and left someone I actually recognize as myself. Entirely different. I'm so much better.

    — Selah

  • I came to Adelfa disconnected from myself and stalled on a project that meant everything to me. Working with her brought me back — to my spark, to my focus, to the work. She didn't just support me, she helped me remember why I started. Life-changing is the only word for it.

    — Jadine

  • I left the publishing house I was working with and started my own. I couldn't do this without Adelfa's support though. I was so stuck planning, creating, learning but she helped me execute.

    — Margaret

  • Working with Adelfa helped me close the loop I'd been avoiding for years. Once I did, everything moved. I took my business nationwide. We're now making over six figures every month. The inner work and the real-world results.. she delivers both.

    — Katherine

  • After working with Adelfa, I am smiling and glowing. I’m happy with what I have achieved and how I use these tools in my everyday life. You do the work and you see results

    — Jenn

Hi, I’m Adelfa Marr

I have a gift for seeing what you can't, even after all the work you've done on yourself. That's what people tell me, anyway. What I know is that I've spent ten years in rooms with women who are self-aware, driven, and still somehow stuck and I know how to help them get unstuck for good.

A session with me feels like finally making sense of something you've been carrying for years. You leave knowing what to do because I helped you hear yourself clearly, probably for the first time in a while.

I'm a coach, facilitator, and writer based in New York City. I work with people in person and in virtual containers, too. I've held space at Lincoln Center, led circles and workshops across the city, and published a book, but the credential that matters most is this: the women I work with get their lives moving. Really moving.

“You don't have to be perfect. You don't have to be in complete control of your own emotions, or anyone else's. You can trust in life and in your own integrity. When things go wrong, you can trust in your ability to take appropriate action and when things go right, you can open yourself to experiencing your joy fully."
